Sue Warner, one of the childcare workers at the Great Steeping Childcare Setting, has
completed an NVQ 3 in Playwork.  Sue has worked for Children's Links for two and a half
years and her NVQ level 3 in playwork took 12 months of hard study.

Many Children's Links employees take up qualifications such as NVQs and other diploma and university
programs as part of their professional development.  One of Children's Links' core values is
to encourage and support all employees to take part in professional development activities.
