The Traditional Playground Games project was started after consultation with school children and staff
identified incidences of bullying, concerns with children's behaviour and children feeling playgrounds can be boring.

A course that aims to bring back long forgotton playground games such as elastics, bay games and skipping was developed and piloted in Lincolnshire schools. A pack of 80 traditional playground games was put together to accompany the course.

The course has since been accredidated and has been delivered to school staff  throughout the UK.
