What is it?
The CWDC induction training is an induction training programme for those who are new to the children’s workforce. The Director of Children’s Services has stated that he wants this training to replace either in full or in part current induction programmes within the Lincolnshire children’s workforce. The training has been adapted to meet the needs of those who are new to the Lincolnshire children’s workforce.
The training is four days in duration & all days must be attended in order to receive certification from the CWDC. The training is set at level 3/ 4.
