We currently have a number of vacancies for the position of Sessional Worker at Children's Links.  This is a new role that will support our Play Rangers at the following locations - Bradford, Rochdale, Huddersfield, Lincolnshire, Luton and South Bedfordshire areas.  There will be no set hours or workpatterns for the roles as they are offered on a zero hours contract basis.

Salary: Rank 6   £6.50 (minimum hourly rate)
Hours:   Zero hour contracts (as and when required)

The main purpose of the role is to increase and develop access to play opportunities for children and young people aged 5-15. The ability to be able to work flexibly and on your own initiative is essential, the role will often be outdoors and working in challenging circumstances delivering locally based play opportunities. You will provide support while working with parents and volunteers to provide play opportunities in identified areas. Promote knowledge and understanding of the need for good quality play for children.
Full driving licence or access to alternative transport and excellent communication skills are essential.
