- Competitive salaries with annual review including cost of living and performance increments
- Generous group pension scheme (5% employee contribution and up to10% contribution by Children’s Links)
- Generous annual leave entitlement - 25 days plus Bank Holidays
- Compassionate sick pay entitlement - up to 10 working days full pay in your first year of employment, with discretional entitlement thereafter (typically paid at 13 weeks full pay and 13 weeks half pay), the legal entitlement being statutory sick pay to be paid after 4 working days
- Compassionate provision for special leave- up to 5 days paid per annum (pro rata for part time staff) and subsequent unpaid days where appropriate- the legal requirement being that reasonable unpaid time off for dependants, personal, domestic etc is given
- Generous maternity pay – you are entitled to 26 weeks ordinary maternity leave and 26 weeks additional maternity leave (statutory maternity pay is payable only in the first 39 weeks). Children’s Links offers the first 6 at 90% of your average salary, the next six weeks are paid at 75%, with the following 6 weeks at 60% and the remaining 21 weeks are paid at statutory maternity rates.
- Generous paternity pay – you are legally entitled to two weeks paternity pay at statutory paternity pay rates. Children’s Links offer 2 weeks paternity leave on full normal salary subject to a qualifying period of employment
- Provision for parental leave – you may apply for up to 13 weeks unpaid leave during first 5 years of life/adoption of a child (18 years for child with disability)
- Generous flexible working provision - employees have the right to apply to work flexibly if they have children under 6 years old (18 years for child with disability)
- Fabulous support for professional and career development – Children’s Links provides induction, skills management and team training, with excellent opportunities for all employees.
- Generous health care plan – Children’s Links have an employee assistance programme cash plan, a contribution by Children’s Links is paid with an option for employees to top up for a higher level of care or to add partners to scheme.
- Reduced price fitness membership – currently we are working in partnership with fitness clubs to offer reduced membership to our employee
- Paid mileage- 40 pence per mile
