Terms and conditions

1. Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase (from the date on your email confirmation)

2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

3. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.  Change will be given in vouchers.

4. Vouchers must be used in person (they cannot be redeemed on line or over the phone).

5. If your gift voucher is due to expire during the lock down period. We totally understand the situation and we will honour any gift voucher that expires during the period of time we were advised to stay at home.
