About the Role

The Role will involve working as a team to deliver high quality childcare. You will need to extend children’s learning in exciting and fun ways, and create awe and wonder in the children’s day. You will be a key person to a group of children because of this you will need to develop relationships with those children and their parents.


In your new role you will have:

  • Commitment to Children’s Links values as they guide our thinking and our decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a self confident approach and flexible attitude to the job role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Level 3 in childcare
  • Commitment to undertaking further training
  • DBS regulated check
  • Experience of working in a nursery environment
  • A commitment to demonstrating Children’s Links Core Competency behaviours
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
