Our nursery serves both military and civilian families within the community of Odiham. We are seeking someone who enjoys networking and building partnerships to enhance experiences for the children and to continue growing the business. The successful candidate will need to be confident in managing the settings finance budget and have previous experience in managing child and staff occupancy. In your new role you will be responsible for: Effectively marketing the nursery to ensure maximum capacity Ensuring the safeguarding of children and staff within the setting in line with internal and LSCB guidelines Leading on the recruitment, induction and performance management of staff.
