About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who has the drive and ambition to lead a team of Early Years practitioners to maintain exceptional standards of quality care and education within a full day care setting with Out of School provision on two sites.

We are seeking someone who enjoys networking and building partnerships to enhance experiences for the children and to continue growing the business.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Effectively marketing the nursery to ensure maximum capacity
  • Ensuring the safeguarding of children and staff within the setting in line with internal and LSCP guidelines
  • Effectively manage child and staff occupancy.
  • Maintaining records that fulfil Ofsted requirements as laid out in the EYFS and all other administrative duties associated with management of the childcare provision
  • Working with parents and outside agencies to ensure children are able to reach their potential
