Role: Bank staff- Early Years Educator

Location: Shining stars Nursery, Wainfleet, Lincolnshire

Hours: 0 per week AYR

Salary: Rank 7- NMW

Shining stars nursery setting is for children between the ages of 0-4 years old and holiday club children up to age of 11 years. We want to recruit for an exceptional Early Years Nursery Practitioner.

We are an established provider within the sector with a fantastic reputation for providing children with a positive and safe environment as they continue to grow. Children’s Links is a charity that gives an incredible amount of support to their staff team and offer development and progression opportunities

 

The role:

•  Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment

•   Key working with an allocated group of children

•   Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards

•   Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery

•   Recording children’s activity throughout the day

•   Providing relevant information to the parents of each child

•   Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests

 

One day you might be sailing on the ocean whilst counting how many sea animals you can see, or you could be trekking through the undergrowth finding birds, bugs and beautiful bees - Whatever the adventure you are enjoying, PLAY is at the forefront of everything we do!

 

Could this be you?

•   Experience working within an Early Years setting (Essential)

•   Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Essential

•   Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)

•   Flexible can-do attitude (Essential)
