Linking Up Service Update

We understand that you may be experience disruption in your own live and we want to reassure you that Linking Up is still going to be delivering our service to you.

To all of our current or past member of the Linking Up Childcare voucher scheme we are informing you of important operational information.

Our main office is currently working remotely in line with government direction to assist all of our members at these challenging times.

We will have limited access to our financial systems between 1-6 April in order to carry out all our financial year end operation.  This means that during this time we will not be able to process payments or amendments to accounts however we can check information and statements.

The Linking Up services will continue as normal as possible but likely that the hours will be flexible. The main working hours will be Tuesday and Thursday morning when our phones will be manned but I encourage sending any query by email as these will be checked regularly.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we are working hard to cause the least possible disruption to our valued members.
