About the Roles We are seeking additional staff to deliver on two of our services that support children to spend time with the parent they do not live with. Both roles involve observing contact between children and families and the Family Intervention role also entails focused work reducing barriers and resistance to agreeing arrangements. Most sessions will be at weekends but there needs to be flexibility within the week and at evenings to suit the needs of the families.
