While childcare vouchers have now closed to new members, existing Parents can still use them. You can choose how to spend your vouchers:
Direct payment. If you have fixed childcare costs to specific childcare provider, you can request that your full monthly contribution is paid directly to them on receipt.
SAYG holding account. If you require the flexibility to pay just for Holiday clubs/afterschool/breakfast clubs, you have more than one childcare provider or childcare payments differ from month to month this option is for you.
Your chosen salary sacrifice is received from your employer and put in your account which is then held until you want us to make a payment to your chosen childcare provider.
How does the scheme work?
You can only sacrifice if you stay with your current employer, however if you change job you will still have access to any unspent vouchers.
The maximum amount you sacrifice is set by your tax rate, but you can chose any amount up to the limit for your bracket.

You can amend the amount you sacrifice or take a break of up to 12 months by getting in touch with our customer service.
You can use the Childcare vouchers towards a varied range on Ofsted (or equivalent for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) registered childcare providers including nurseries, childminders, wraparound care, holiday clubs and even some after school clubs and PGL holidays accept them.
Vouchers can be spent towards registered childcare providers for children up to 15 years old (16 is they have a disability) of which you have parental responsibility or guardianship, any unused vouchers will expire at the end of the term after the child turns 15 (or 16 if they have a disability).
If you have a new baby or child you are responsible for, please let us know their details as this will extend the validity of your vouchers.
Any unused vouchers are non-refundable, this is in line with industry standard, please see our Terms & Conditions for further details. Please ensure the amount you sacrifice suits your childcare needs.
