Training
Did you know that Children’s Links goes beyond direct provisions for children?
We deliver courses for adults through our Family Learning contract with Lincolnshire County Council.
The learner is the most important person, and our team are committed to making all of our training accessible and enjoyable, using a person-centred approach, giving individual information, advice and guidance.
Two of the courses we currently deliver are Science of Happiness and Jump Into Play.
Science of Happiness is a 2 hours a week for 4 weeks course, that will help you build a tool kit of practical and personalised happiness enriching habits.
You will explore what happiness means to you as an individual and understand how to use and apply a range of strategies to influence and promote feelings of wellbeing.
The course includes some easy, fun and practical lighthearted activities whilst chatting about the topics and our personal experiences.
Jump Into Play is a 2 hours a week for 3 weeks course that explores the benefits of play. You will explore the concepts and opportunities of play activities from birth and beyond.
Our training courses offer hands-on activities to enjoy with your children or grandchildren, and introduce the different roles, training routes, and career options in working with children.
If you would like further information or to discuss the above courses, please contact us by calling 01507 528300 or emailing training@childrenslinks.org.uk.
Funded in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council.
