Volunteer today and make a difference
At Children’s Links we value the time, skills and passion our volunteers bring. Whether supporting families directly or helping shape the future of our charity, volunteers are at the heart of what we do.
Supported Contact – Making a real impact
One of our biggest areas of need is volunteers for our Supported Contact Centres. By giving your time, you’ll help children maintain safe, positive relationships with their parents and families. This support is truly life-changing and makes a lasting difference for children and parents alike.
We currently have:
-
11 Supported Contact Centres based in Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln, Skegness, Spalding, Nottingham, Derby, Peterborough, Retford, Newark and Leicester.
-
6 Supervised Contact Centres based in Lincoln, Nottingham, Newark, Peterborough, Derby and Leicester.
If you’d like to learn more about becoming a Supported Contact volunteer, please get in touch.
Always on the lookout for Trustees
As a charity, Children’s Links is guided by a dedicated Board of Trustees – all of whom are volunteers. We’re always on the lookout for new trustees who want to:
-
Apply their professional knowledge and skills
-
Shape and develop strategy
-
Gain experience in governance and leadership
If you have what it takes to help drive our vision forward, we’d love to hear from you.
Other ways to volunteer
From supporting fundraising events to sharing specialist skills, there are lots of ways to get involved with Children’s Links. Whatever your strengths, we’ll help you find a role that makes a real difference while offering you new experiences and development opportunities.
