Role: Early Years Room Leader 
Location: RAF Waddington  
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: £ 12.00 per hour

Qualifications: Level 3 childcare essential 

Our nursery setting is for children between the ages of 0-4 years old. We want to recruit an experienced Early Years Nursery Practitioner to take a Room Lead role. The role
• Working alongside other members of the team to led within a room and provide a safe and nurturing environment 
• Key working with an allocated group of children 
• Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards 
• Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery 
• Recording children’s activity throughout the day 
• Providing relevant information to the parents of each child 
• Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
